Space-Only Exhibition Stand
Open floor space for organisations wishing to create a customised stand through an approved designer or contractor.
Space-only participation will be subject to:

- stand-plan approval;
- structural and fire requirements;
- risk assessments and method statements;
- contractor and build deadlines.
Partner or Feature Stand
An enhanced physical presence for organisations requiring additional space, agreed branding or participation connected to an approved event feature.
Sponsorship, partnership and exhibition benefits will be documented separately.
Pavilion Participation
A grouped format for approved national, regional, sector, trade, university or association participation.
The pavilion lead will be responsible for coordinating its participating organisations in accordance with the agreed arrangement.
Technology Demonstration
Selected exhibitors may apply to demonstrate relevant technology, software, equipment or project capability.
Every demonstration will remain subject to programme suitability, technical assessment, safety, power, noise, insurance and operational approval.
Buyer and procurement engagement
Confirmed exhibitors may be invited to complete a structured supplier profile covering:

- technical standards and certifications;

UKIEE is not designed as a general upstream oil and gas, petroleum-products or commodity-trading exhibition.

How the exhibitor process works

3. Initial relevance review
UKIEE reviews the organisation, proposed activity and indicative requirements.
4. Receive applicable commercial information
Following venue, package and pricing confirmation, suitable organisations receive the relevant participation information.
5. Confirm participation
Participation is confirmed only through a written agreement and applicable payment.
6. Prepare for the exhibition
Confirmed exhibitors provide company, personnel, technical, marketing and operational information and receive the applicable exhibitor guidance.
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve space, create a booking or guarantee acceptance.
